A collection of photos from our adventure in Nepal…
The Countdown
Tick tock the countdown to flying to Canada has begun. I celebrate, I grieve, I live, I love, I am filled with gratitude.
For the Love of Flowers
As you know I love flowers. One of the delights of “waiting” for the rain is the plethora of new blooms I feel I am gifted with daily. As I stopped for yet another picture of flowers on a walk the other day, Liw said, with exasperation or delight (?) ” you and your flowers”…
Painted Delights
As Liw and I head off for a few retreat days, I leave you with some inspiration from murals I have seen painted on walls on our various walking adventures. With gratitude for the artists… and if I don’t post about the Triennale sometime ask me about it!!
Kathmandu Southern Rim Hike
A Katmandu Southern Rim Hike today. Called the monestary walk. Awesome with gratitude to our wonderful guide Rabin, even though there were a lot of ups 🙃
The Sacred Ordinary
Today’s sacred is the ordinariness of this life I am living. The knowledge gained and now applied. Before we came the kids gave us lessons on life in Nepal…. put toilet paper in the garbage… Turn on hot water for showers, soak the vegetables and fruit in iodine, rinse. Only drink water and make tea…
Trekking in Awe & Wonder (pt 2)
So many gifts… including tired bodies and happy souls.
